We produce variety of powders as per details given below: LDPE/ LLDPE Coloured Powders for: Plastic Coating on wire fabricated articles like scooter/cycle baskets, car/scooter back light grills, refrigerator shelves, kitchen rack/baskets, hangers, formed wire goods, wire baskets , dish drainer basket, planter baskets (The coating is done by heating the articles and dipping them in a fluidized bath of powders). We can offer different finishes and colors (like matt finish and metallic colours like silver and golden color) depending on the service application. LDPE/ HDPE Powders for : Fusible Interlining Fabric. It is a LDPE/HDPE based free-flowing powder. The key characteristic of this powder is its low melting temperature. Low melting temperature helps to increase line speeds and lower energy costs. LLDPE Coloured Powders for : Rotomoulding applications. The powders are specifically processed at low temeperatures for preserving the resin properties better. They provide better gloss as well as structural strength to the rotomoulded products. All powders are manufactured from prime virgin grades of polymers manufactured by the major polymer producers. Stringent quality control procedures are carried out at every relevant stage of manufacture. All the grades mentioned have been manufactured from polymers that meet the requirements to Indian Standard IS:*********2 on "Polyethylene for its safe use in contact with foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and drinking water".
